ordering, timeframes and delivery

Timeframe

Please allow a 4-6 week turnaround for Playhouses. If your specified date is earlier than this, please advise us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Spoilt Rotten Ltd recommends cleaning surfaces of Playhouses around twice a year with a mild detergent. Monthly checks for loose fittings and Spider Webs. Repainting every 5-7 years and staining 2-3 years.

Freight

Pickup
Most products can be picked up using a standard trailer.

Delivery (Playhouses & Skateramps)
These prices apply to easily accessed properties. Awkward sites or oversized playhouses (such as the Castle) may incur additional costs ie hiab or assembly on site.
